Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are listed in euros and, unless otherwise expressly stated, include the applicable value-added tax. The total price consists of the prices of the products you have selected and the shipping costs listed below. As a general rule, the purchase price for the ordered goods is deemed agreed upon as stated in the current catalogs, price lists, and online store. For online orders, the currently valid price list of the online store applies.
Shipping Costs for Austria
We ship via parcel service (signature required upon delivery)
Weight includes packaging.
For orders with a gross merchandise value of 90 euros or more, we offer free shipping for packages weighing up to 31.5 kilograms. If the weight exceeds 31.5 kilograms, you will only be charged for the additional packages.
For orders with a gross merchandise value of up to 90 euros, the following shipping costs apply within Austria:

We ship to international destinations and other European Union member states only after prior consultation and agreement on shipping costs, as shipping costs for international shipments are calculated based on weight and destination.
This applies in particular to Switzerland, as significant bank transfer fees are incurred there.
For transfers from Switzerland, the bank charges us 10 euros; these costs must be covered by the customer and included in the transfer amount. We calculate the exact shipping costs based on the order. The order becomes valid only upon the customer’s acceptance of these shipping costs. For legal reasons, we can only accept payment in advance for these deliveries.
